Vintage Vogue Dolls Blue and White Housecoat Smock Top Doll Outfit

In this listing we have a really lovely vintage doll top. This doll top is made from a beautiful cream colored fabric with a blue pattern on it. On the cuffs and collar it has blue fabric. This outfit is tagged inside with Vogue Dolls. I am honestly not sure what this top is, it could be a top, a smock, a house coat, really don’t know. It is cute though! It measures a little bit under 6.25 inches from the top of the collar to the bottom of the top and about 7.25 from one tip of the sleeve to the other. This top has a single snap at the collar that is embedded in the fabric. The colors came out a little muted. They are a bit brighter in person.
This top is in good shape. It has been played with, but has lots of life left. I will start off saying that I haven’t washed it. It’s not too dirty, but it is a bit dingy. There are a couple small stains on it. There’s one on the shoulder area and one on the bottom hem (I am also not sure which is the front and which is the back). They are not super dark, but you can certainly see them. There are some excess threads at the sleeves from the side seams and some at the top and bottom of the opening. The top is also a bit wrinkled and could use a light pressing. The underarms along the seam lines are a little puckered. There is some minor fraying to the end of the tag. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this top and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
